We exist to ensure the AI revolution doesn’t leave people behind.

AI is impacting all industries and functions—from music and fashion to customer service, SaaS and marketing, to finance and healthcare—and we've identified the future skills, programs and curriculum needed to equip today and tomorrow’s talent.
Beyond Code Collective (Beyond Code) bridges the gap between inspiration, training, and employment in tech, connecting learners to educational content, opportunities to develop cutting-edge technologies and avenues to start a career.


Beyond Code is a transformative umbrella organization that is an answer to the gap the team identified in our work enabling us to build into new areas focused on learners of all ages and demographics, including career training, job placement, and entrepreneurship development. 


Our goal is to create sustainable pathways to quality jobs while strengthening the digital infrastructure of organizations that drive community impact. Beyond Code Collective is composed of 3 initiatives that support learners of all ages to enter the tech workforce.
