Beyond Code Collective Announces Leadership Team and Tech Futures National Council
Beyond Code appoints Mica Le John as Executive Director, Jihan Johnston-McGlotten as Managing Director of The Forge, and Ramon Clemente as Head of Beyond The Game — alongside a distinguished Tech Futures National Council.

Beyond Code Collective today announced the formation of its Tech Futures National Council and appointed three key leaders to advance its mission of preparing individuals across generations to seize the opportunities of a tech-powered world.
Mica Le John joins as Executive Director, serving as the CEO's execution partner supporting the organization's expansion, program development, brand visibility, and community impact. Le John brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, creativity, and social impact, transitioning from leading strategic partnerships and innovation at Black Girls Code.
Jihan Johnston-McGlotten joins as Managing Director of The Forge, Beyond Code's network of intergenerational, site-specific hubs that integrate technology education, community engagement, and workforce development. Johnston-McGlotten brings over a decade of experience building tech communities and is leading growth and expansion of The Forge in Atlanta.
Ramon Clemente joins after a 17-year professional basketball career as Head of Beyond The Game, a national, cohort-based workforce program for transitioning professional and NCAA student-athletes.
"I founded Beyond Code Collective because innovation must include everyone and technology should be a bridge to opportunity, not a barrier," said Cristina Mancini, Founder and CEO. "Together, we're not just focused on closing the digital divide but ensuring communities aren't left behind."
The Tech Futures National Council brings together leaders from NASA, YouTube, Xbox, the University of Texas at Austin, and more — providing strategic insight and real-world perspectives to inform curricula and programming across AI literacy, innovation pathways, and workforce development.
